Join the community for ecstatic dance, somatic movement, and guided meditation in an intentional healing space. Wear something comfortable, bring a yoga mat and be prepared to move! Featuring a tea bar and separate socialization space- as well as music designed to tune inward and let loose. Bring a friend or two! All bodies welcome, no experience necessary, curiosity required.
