Devon Sheppard Bates
(She/Her) is a multi-dimensional sound healer, Akashic Records reader, spiritual guide and vocalist. She obtained her degree in music from Oregon State University where she studied opera performance, and led the university’s treble voices A cappella group. She has been studying music for most of her life, and has experience teaching all ages. After years of feeling lost and misguided when it came to her music and life path, she experienced the art of sound healing while attending a yoga class in 2016. Since then, she has found that sound, and the voice can be used as a tool for healing and self-discovery.
Devon is a certified practitioner of Akashic Sound & Multi-Dimensional Healing, as well as Holographic Sound Healing under the direction of Janelle Corpuz Hethcoat and Dr. Paul Hubbert, respectively, and has studied and practiced under multiple intuitive teachers over the last five years.
Devon is a mother, kitchen witch, oracle reader, and animal lover. She lives on a homestead with her family in the high desert of Central Oregon – infusing her practices with the healing wisdom from the goddess Gaia. She is passionate about guiding others in remembering their inherent magic, bridging the gap between earth body and spirit connection via embodied intuitive practices, and breaking free from perfectionist tendencies to embrace creative flow – all from the lens of living as a Highly Sensitive Person.
