This is where we can co-create a shared reality that resonates with Universal Love. Where Universal Resonance grounds into Community Resonance. * You’ll be guided through a sound assisted Breathwork practice. Breathwork calms the nervous system, help reduce trauma, dissolve emotional blockages, opens up energetic pathways, connects you back to YOU… Universal Resonance. *You’ll be taken on an astral journey with Planetary gongs, to open your consciousness through deep meditation, repair DNA, dissolve old paradigms, and entrain your energy field back to the original pulse of Creator Life Force… Universal Resonance. * You’ll be lead in I AM affirmations group call and response. After Breathwork and a gong bath, you’ll be relaxed enough to start to re-pattern your beliefs. The mantras will help to shift your awareness to the reflection of Source you want to activate, embody and express with vocal toning and mantras for activating our chakras and reprogramming our beliefs.
