This workshop will empower women to recognize what creates conflict, how they can make themselves better understood at work, and provide assertiveness tools and guide them on managing difficult conversations.

As a participant, you will:

· Understand what creates conflict, identify power struggles and other undermining behaviors.

· Learn the dynamic of different personality styles and how to talk to each so you are better understood.

· Know what it means to be assertive and how handle difficult conversations.


About the Speaker


Irina Mihaela BSc. PEng former nuclear engineer turned business advisor and energy healer, helps entrepreneurs gain clarity, make critical decisions, and thrive in any market. Established in 2011, her company Entrepreneur Enlightenment Inc offers coaching, consulting, masterminds, leadership development workshops and executive retreats.

She's the author of Entrepreneur Enlightenment – A Guide to Establish Your Purpose-Driven Business, Balboa Press 2018. She is an international speaker and hosted her Entrepreneur Enlightenment show on RogersTV and radio on VoiceAmerica.com and now on YouTube.


Her Child Innocence project offers free-of-charge equine experiences to youth who suffered adversity in childhood, helping them learn emotional regulation, leadership and entrepreneurship skills.
