<h3>RESOLVE - ALBUQUERQUE, NM IN-PERSON EVENT!</h3> In Resolve’s 7-Hour Boundaries &amp; Bystander Intervention, participants will practice setting boundaries and intervening to help others through role play with trained instructors.Participants learn to:● Recognize when their boundaries are being crossed● Set boundaries with people they know, including other staff, colleagues and clients (this includes customized scenarios)● Speak up on behalf of others/bystander intervention● Respond effectively to offensive, inappropriate and dangerous behaviors● De-escalate conflicts● Regulate in moments of stress, as well as work through freeze/fight/flight responses<h4> </h4>Don’t miss this opportunity!
