Celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month this May by joining us for the Resilient You Series — a free three-part webinar experience designed to empower your wellbeing, foster connection, and build resilience.

Our theme this year — Your Story, Your Strength — reminds us that each person’s lived experience is powerful. By learning together, supporting one another, and prioritizing our mental wellness, we become more resilient as individuals and communities.

Each 1-hour session is rooted in Tanager’s Resilient Communities and Professional Resilience toolkits and offers practical, real-life strategies you can use right away.

Reignite your passion, incorporate wellbeing, and thrive within your work environment!

In this interactive session, we’ll explore how your personal story shapes your professional resilience. Discover how to navigate workplace stress, prevent burnout, and create healthy boundaries all while staying connected to what gives you purpose. Whether you're a helping professional, educator, leader, or simply trying to balance it all, this session will leave you feeling equipped, empowered, and inspired to make mental health a part of your workday.

We’ve got a full calendar of events coming up, including:
