Join Flowstate Physiotherapy for a 3-part workshop series to help you become a stronger runner and reduce your injury risk. (You do not have to attend all 3 workshops to participate). Part 1 will be all about returning to running! Ready to run but not sure where to start? Join Dr. Nyssa Midden, DPT for an interactive workshop designed for anyone who is trying to get back into a regular running routine. Whether you're coming back from injury, pregnancy, a long break, or if you are starting to run for your first time, learn how to safely build strength, prevent injury, and run with confidence. Limited spots available.

Frequently asked questions

What will we do during the workshop?

During the workshop you will learn how return to running safely. You will be guided through a "running readiness movement screen" to assess what things you can improve to reduce your injury risk, and you will be given the framework for a general return to run plan.

What should I wear?

Please wear clothes that you would be comfortable running in!

Is there parking on site?

There are limited parking spots available on site, but there is 2 hour parking on many nearby streets, including Mass Ave. Flowstate Physiotherapy is also within walking distance of the Alewife Station off the Red Line.

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one - there will be a few available for use if you don't or forget.

How long does the workshop last?

The workshop is about 1 hour long, and after you are welcome to stay to chat and to use our Normatec Recovery Boots.
