Resilient Families Network Launch

ABOUT THE LAUNCH EVENT:

Join us for the launch of the Resilient Families Network, a movement uniting churches, organizations, and community members to strengthen and support children and families at risk of or impacted by foster care. Together we’ll cast vision, share stories of hope, and invite you to be part of building a collaborative network that ensures no child and no family walks alone. This gathering will equip and inspire you to take meaningful next steps in creating lasting change in our community. Lunch included, seats are limited.

This launch is designed specifically for pastors, ministry leaders, and other church decision-makers in the Greater Charlotte area who carry a vision for their congregations to care for vulnerable children and families at risk of or impacted by the child welfare system. This gathering will focus on equipping churches to respond in meaningful ways, and we would love for you to join us.

ABOUT THE NETWORK:

Families across Charlotte are struggling, and the child welfare system is overwhelmed. Too many children face instability, and too many parents are left without the support they need to hold their families together. Prevention, crisis care, and long-term support cannot rest on government or agencies alone.

The Church is uniquely positioned to step into this gap. With congregations already rooted in every corner of our city, the Church has both the calling and the capacity to walk alongside families - offering not just practical help, but hope, relationships, and discipleship.

But no single church can meet this need alone. That is why the Resilient Families Network exists: to unite churches across Greater Charlotte, share resources, learn best practices, and partner with organizations on the front lines. Together, we can respond at scale, ensuring no family falls through the cracks.

One day, we hope to see the Greater Charlotte area as a place where every family is flourishing. Where vulnerable kids and families in crisis have the resilience and support they need to thrive. Where the body of Christ shows what is possible when we move in unity, and where children and families experience restoration through the love of God’s people.
