These classes are offered to any Lee County Resident, ages 16 and older, who is looking to improve softskills and upskill his/her resume in the professional realm. Each participant will earn a micro-credential digital badge upon completion of the course.

Resilience in the 21st century includes the capacity to bounce back in the face of stress, challenge, and adversity. Resilient individuals exhibit these four sub-competencies:

  1. the capacity to learn from experience
  2. exhibit flexibility
  3. demonstrate self-awareness
  4. focus on solutions
