11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. (Join us for all or part of the program!)
Public Relations Council of Greater Atlantic City
Residential and Commercial Development Tour
*Free street parking is available near North Beach Mini Golf & Bike Rental.
You are invited to join us on an exclusive tour to view and walk-through new residential and commercial developments that are currently taking place in Atlantic City.
We will meet at North Beach Mini Golf & Bike Rental, 120 Euclid Ave., Atlantic City, where we will board Jitneys and then depart to meet with some developers and tour several completed projects.
Among the developers who will greet us are Pat Fasano, who recently opened The James on St. James Place, which already has a commercial tenant and residential units for rental; Keith Groff who is building attached town homes called Lighthouse Row, across from Absecon Lighthouse. Pat is also building town homes along the infamous “Snake Alley” which, in the 30s, was lined with brothels, gay bars and places of illegal gambling. It was renamed in 2023 Schultz-Hill Boulevard.
We will start with a tour of Lighthouse Row, then board the jitneys to see the new development along the water by Snug Harbor. We will work our way over to O’Donnell Memorial Park and point out the new Bernie Friedenberg World War II Memorial funded by NJ CRDA. We will pass some cannabis businesses on the way back, and then tour inside The James with Pat Fasano.
We will end our tour with a lunch at the Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall, 133 S Tennessee Ave, Atlantic City, NJ 08401. There we will hear from co-owners Scott Cronick and Mark Callazzo. Scott and Mark will talk about the restaurant, Tennessee Avenue, the Orange Loop, and the new planned container park.
