Reset the Screen!

Parents and kids are invited to this hands-on workshop focused on understanding and resetting family screen use. The session includes guided reflection, group discussion, and practical strategies to help parents set boundaries, respond to resistance, and build healthier technology habits that last.

Led by Philadelphia-baed school counselor and therapist Andrew Ockenden, who brings both in-school and clinical experience helping children, teens, and families set goals and develop coping skills that support more engaged, healthy, and present lives.
