Reset & Regulate is an 8-week guided therapy group designed to help you understand your anxiety, calm your nervous system, and build practical tools to feel more in control of your emotions and daily life.

Through a combination of evidence-based strategies and supportive discussion, you will learn how to manage anxious thoughts, reduce physical symptoms of stress, and respond to life with greater clarity and confidence.
