Reset & Reflection Healing Hike 2022

With over 10 years of experience as an environmental educator, program manager, and deputy director in the Bay Area, Raynelle Rino brings a wealth of professional and life experience to the work of healing nature and people. Her connection to nature and youth development experiences brought her to teach in unique settings like alternative high schools, environmental justice neighborhoods and parks, and juvenile justice facilities. As a woman of color identity has played a key role in where she is today; understanding the ever-changing world and supporting the next generation of leaders as caretakers of our planet.Raynelle started Rino Consulting Solutions with a mission “to support and inspire the leaders of today to live in the confidence of their identities as they move through a world in the midst of social, racial, and environmental transformation.” Raynelle provides life coaching services to the community and build bridges between differing "landscapes".Raynelle guides participants through a short but intensive hike incorporating ritualized intention setting, meditative walks, and energy release. Hikes are scheduled weekly as sunrise or sunset hikes in natural areas in Oakland, San Francisco, San Jose, and their surrounding cities. <h2>Reset &amp; Reflections Hikes</h2><h2>Hosted by Rino Consulting Solutions </h2><p>This special hike will be guided by Transformative Coach, Raynelle Rino </p><p>This hike will serve as a good pause and resetting of your inner well-being. This hike is ideal for the busy, high functioning, and hard working professionals looking to create a specific time in nature to reground as a self-care practice.</p><p>We&#x27;ll start by gathering in a more intimate location of the park. This will support our presence with each other and our surroundings.</p><p>We&#x27;ll then be guided through a process to develop your intention for the day and a specific meditation to hold while hiking. Most of the hike will be done in silence with some points of breaking into a group sharing of the experience.</p><h2>A reading for this hike by The LightSisterz </h2><p>This may be one of the best days for a healing hike! The energy is a bit more playful, almost childlike. Connecting to what made you happy as a child and serving as a way to break through creative blocks. Family energy is nurturing at this time so if you are looking to heal family relationships or even make a new addition to your family, the energy is well suited for it. Are there karmic cycles that you are looking to address as it relates to family? Energy is good around increased financial security and finding magic in the little things in life. </p><p>Seeing fae on your hike is likely. If you choose to work with the fae element during this hike just be cautious as they can be tricksters. This is an 18 and over event*</h3><h3>Rain out dates will be given after registration</h3><h3>Frequently Asked Questions: </h3><ul><li><strong>Are masks required on the hike?</strong> Yes, we are requiring all participants to wear a mask regardless of vaccination status. We also encourage social distancing on the hike when possible. The safety and health of our hikers is our top priority. </li><li><strong>What should I bring on the hike?</strong> Please wear appropriate footwear and dress accordingly. Bay Area has many micro climates and recommend wearing layers so you can be as comfortable and ready for any climate. Also highly recommend bringing water in reusable bottle. </li><li><strong>Are there bathrooms available?</strong> Bathrooms are only available at the visitor center where we will begin. There are no other public restrooms on the trail. Bathrooms usually close at 6pm, before  we get back to the parking lot. Please prepare yourself accordingly. </li><li><strong>What do I do if I am unable to attend the healing hike?</strong> You will automatically be given a credit. Sorry, no refunds are available. We are strict advocates of self care and in cases where you are caring for others, the mission of the these hikes are lost.
