As you are becoming, you must reset your mind, perception, intentions and continue doing the work right where you are.

We Can't expect results if we are not willing to do the work; it is not possible. Transforming the mind is a daily process because 80% of our thoughts are negative, and we have around 12,000 - 50,000 ideas daily. By renewing your mind, perception, and intentions, you become more aware of those negative thoughts and can now change how you think about yourself.

This workshop is interativate ; if you want to do the work <ul><li>You will need a Journal</li><li>A Mirror</li><li>An open mind and truth </li><li>A soothing drink like tea and a soothing canlle or essental oil (optional)</li></ul>
