Welcome to the Rescue Dog Yoga Class at Soul Friends Yoga Center! Join us for a unique experience of practicing yoga alongside adorable rescue dogs from Dallas Animal Services. Our paws-on companions will roam around as you move through poses, adding an extra element of fun and relaxation to your practice.

ALL ADOPTIONS ARE FREE!

After class, meet, greet, & play with the dogs.

You might find your forever friend!

Every pet gets spayed or neutered, microchipped & up to date on their age appropriate vaccines.

Frequently asked questions

How long is the yoga class portion?

This will be a 45 minute flow, allowing time before and after class to play with our furry friends.

Do I have to adopt a dog to come to this event?

No! The dogs are there for us to connect with and enjoy. Adoptions are not required.

What do I need to know if I want to adopt a dog at the event?

Bring your photo ID. All adoptions are completely free at this event, and dogs go home with you already up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. Plus, they are already spayed/neutered and microchipped!

Do I need to have yoga experience to come to this class?

Not at all! This is an all-levels class, appropriate for even a brand new practitioner.
