These workshops guide you through a conscious journey into the heart of relational communication.  Rooted in the wisdom of relational neuroscience and human connection, each session offers real-time practice in awakening new pathways of attunement, and cultivating trust and safety.

What do I need to bring?

Accepted Answer

Your presence.  Open Mindedness. Comfortable attire for being outside - check the weather forecast.  A filled water bottle.  There will be water at the event.  A journal.  There is a river you can dip into after so bring appropriate clothing and a towel for that if you'd like.
