Rescheduled! Build Outing: 5th Annual Fall Hike in New York City

Join us for our 5th Annual Fall Hike on a beautiful fall Saturday while hiking with your friends from Build Out Alliance. Since 2019, we have taken to the fresh air and fall foliage in October to take in the scenic views along the Hudson Valley in the charming town of Cold Spring. Tie on those hiking boots, pack a lunch and snacks, and plenty of water. The hike will be about three hours and is considered an intermediate level due to some moderate inclines. Be sure to pack plenty of water, snacks/lunch, and sunscreen.

Where to Meet & How to Get There

We will meet at the trailhead at 3200 Stearn Road in Cold Spring, New York, at 10:15am on Saturday, November 4, 2023.

For those traveling by train, we will meet at Grand Central Station to take the 8:31am Hudson Line train to Cold Spring.

After the Hike

Following the day’s hike, we will host a tailgate at the trailhead parking lot for those who wish to participate. It will be fun to relax following the activity and get to know more people from Build Out Alliance.

What if there's inclement weather?

We currently have a rain date slated for Sunday, November 5. The hike will be weather dependent. We’ll monitor the forecast that week and send notice of a rain date or cancellation as soon as we have that update.
