Overview
Anxiety is not an identity. It's a program that can be rewritten.
Most of us weren't taught how the mind works, why we spiral, why our nervous system reacts the way it does, or how our thoughts create emotional loops that keep us stuck in anxiety.
In this workshop, you will learn simple, powerful, and effective techniques to quiet the mind and restore calm in your body. Rewire the stress response with gentle and calming group hypnosis.

About your guide:
Veronica Tiple is a certified RTT Clinical Hypnotherapist and Coach who specialises in helping individuals tap into the power they hold within, overcome anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and breakups, to live a more fulfilled and rewarding life. Her work blends neuroscience, somatic tools, subconscious programming, and deep compassion to create transformation that lasts.
My intention for this workshop is to create a safe space where you can explore how safety, peace, and calm feel in your body and mind so you can replicate this feeling anywhere, anytime.

Important extras:
Please arrive in time for a 7.30 pm sharp start.
Wear comfortable, warm clothing.
Please bring a water bottle and your own yoga mat/sleeping bag. Feel free to bring blankets, cushions, or anything else you may need for extra cosiness and comfort.
Avoid caffeine and alcohol for 2 hours before the session.
There is free parking on the premises.
