This course is designed for law enforcement, operations managers, security personnel, and dispatchers who need to document events for others to review. This course focuses on the individual students, organization goals, and how to best prepare documentation of an event for the future. Course content features time management, common spelling mistakes, interviewing techniques, and situational awareness. Students will learn how to implement proven concepts for creating reports that allow readers to recreate an event for themselves.
