Rental Housing Development Finance course

This National Development Council course thoroughly examines the practice of affordable rental housing finance and development. Participants will learn the critical steps in the housing development process and the techniques used to analyze and structure financing for affordable rental housing deals. It is a five-day course beginning Monday August 29 at 8:30am, ending at 1:00pm on Friday September 2 with an exam.

This is the first course in the National Development Council’s four-course Housing Development Finance Professional Certification program.
