Come join men of different faiths Friday, July 19, 2024 - Sunday, July 21, 2024 as we gather at Pine Forge Academy to be renewed, refreshed and restored. Spirit-filled devotions, engaging workshops, interceding prayer, uplifting worship, and recreation. You will have it all!!

REGISTRATION FEE includes lodging (except where noted), meals, events, and a gift bag which includes a commemorative t-shirt:


  • Registration (Individual) - $250 per person
  • Registration (Group of 5 min.) - $200 per person
  • Registration - YOUTH - $125 per person
  • Registration- NO CABIN - $200 per person

All registrants can pay in full or installments. If in installments, we ask that you not exceed four (4) installments.

  • First installment due by May 31, 2024
  • Full payments are due no later than Jun 30, 2024


NOTE: All payments are to be made via CashApp or Zelle. Your registration is not valid until fees are paid either in full or according to the installment instructions shown above.

Frequently asked questions

What type of lodging is provided with my registration?

You will be assigned a cabin on the campus grounds. There are two cabin configurations: a cabin that has four rooms with two twin beds in each room (two men per room), or a cabin that has six beds in one room (ideal for groups). There will be one shared bathroom in each cabin configuration.

What must I bring with me if I sleep in a cabin?

YOU MUST BRING your own sheets, pillow, blankets/covers, towel, washcloth, and toiletries.

How should I register my group?

Gather the names of all that are in the group and have one person complete the registration and pay the total fee for the group.

What will the meals be like?

All meals will be delicious vegetarian/vegan fare. There are restaurants close by for those who would prefer meat options (but we encourage you to try it, you most likely will love it!!).

What will the schedule be like?

We have a number of exciting workshops with powerful presenters planned for the entire weekend. You will receive a full schedule a few weeks before the event, with the ability to choose what workshops you would like to attend.

How should I dress?

This will be a relaxing weekend. Dress will be casual and comfortable. The nights can be cool so bring a light sweater or jacket…and an umbrella in case it rains. Also, we have the gym on Saturday night so bring your sneakers and sportswear!!

What transportation arrangements are available?

One of the program organizers has a bus company and is willing to arrange pickup and drop off points for various groups. Please inquire about details if interested.
