Join Katie Marshall Wellness, Fruitive DC, and Sweetgreen for a morning of sweaty, cleansing yoga followed by a workshop on all things detoxification. The word 'detox' gets a bad reputation, but the truth is that we should all be keeping our bodies clear of environemntal toxins on a daily basis to prevent from buildup that can lead to illness, decreased energy, digestive issues and brain fog to name a few. You will learn simple ways to cleanse your physical body every day and leave with a better understanding of how your body's detoxification pathways work. 
Katie Marshall is a DC-based Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Yoga Instructor passionate about giving people the tools they need to thrive and find their own version of health and wellbeing. 
Each participant will receive a detoxifying juice by Fruitive and a delicious salad courtesy of Sweetgreen.
