ILEA CINCINNATI:The Cincinnati ILEA Chapter (formerly known as the International Special Events Society or ISES) was established in 1997 to help foster business relationships and education in the Special Events industry of Greater Cincinnati. Our chapter year begins July 1 and runs through June 30each year. We host a mix of educational and networking events approximately 10 times a year, typically on the third Tuesday of each month unless otherwise specified.OURSTORY:For more than 25 years ILEA has been a valued and trusted partner in the events industry. An industry that generates over $200 billion for the global economy and supports over four million jobs. Amanda will provide some techniques to help manage your focus, time, and energy, so you can quit just surviving and start thriving!When we take our power back and begin managing our time (instead of our email, meetings, and calendars doing it for us), we realize that we can accomplish so much more. Not only do we find more satisfaction at work, but we also have a better quality of life. We spend time learning and developing our minds, we sleep better, we get more focused on our health and the time we spend with our friends and family is completely different – because we can relax and be present. Amanda is a highly productive, super organized, pen loving, book reading personal development junkie turned entrepreneur and coach. She spent twenty years with Procter &amp; Gamble as an Executive Meeting Manager working with and learning from the very best and brightest minds. In those twenty years, she saw the world, took lots of training, received a BS in Communications and an MS in Leadership and Management from Purdue Global, became a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), and, most recently, earned her Certified Professional Coach (CPC) credentials. And, she started side-hustling with a keynote speaker and author named Judi Holler - an experience that changed her life.While her life was chugging along pretty well by all accounts, she was restless. She was tired. As 40 approached, she began asking herself if this was the life she was prepared to live out over the next twenty or thirty years. Doing the comfortable thing - for the sake of security. She decided it wasn't. Over a period of three years, she laid the groundwork, in many different areas, to rotate out of the corporate world and break into the life she wanted. A life where she could have the flexibility needed for her family AND live into a greater purpose. A life that allowed her to support others in shifting their mindset and developing a vision. To help them get where they want to be and what they DESERVE in both business and in life. She now does that every day as a coach and as the CFO and Head of Client Experience at Holla! Productions.

Parking Directions: The Metropolitan Club is on the 19th floor of the RiverCenter Towers at the corner of Madison &amp; RiverCenter. The Metropolitan Club shares a parking garage with the Embassy Suites that can be accessed from Madison Ave. There is also a surface lot directly across RiverCenter Blvd that costs roughly $2 per hour.
