Momentum Dance Lab is a collaborative of dancers who teach, train, and perform in the East Tennessee community. We are passionate about continuing professional quality dance training and providing performance outlets for adults.

Join Momentum Dance Lab as we celebrate our annual production. This year's show is titled Remnants, and it will be Momentum’s 16th annual evening length presentation of mostly modern dance. Shows will take place at the Old City Performing Arts Center on November 8th at 7pm and November 10th at 12pm and 5pm. The Sunday matinee will be a sensory friendly event to allow greater accessibility for arts patrons with neurodivergence and disabilities.Knoxville’s newest and most vibrant performance venue is conveniently located at 111 State Street in the Old City.Momentum is thrilled to host guest artists Black Lady Dance Group and Rhea Sunshine along with new and repertoire works by our company choreographers.Tickets are $30 for general admission and $20 for all those with a student or senior discount. MDL events are a part of Penny4Arts as well, meaning we invite our younger patrons (15 and younger) to attend the show for 1 penny when accompanied by an adult. Cash bar and silent auction will also be available.Parking: Please utilize posted public parking areas, as the theatre does not have an identified lot. The lot imediatly across the street from the theatre is NOT public parking LIVE STREAMING OPTION: We are excited to share that we will be offering a donation based live stream option for our 7pm Friday, November 8th performance for those who would like to see the show but due to distance, disability, or other reasons are unable to attend in person.
