Yet life has a way of pulling us into routines, responsibilities, and distractions until those quiet intentions fade into the background.This retreat is an invitation to pause. Join us Saturday, August 8th 9:00am - 12:00pm for a half-day retreat with Leila-Scott and Tracey Waldroup. Through gentle yoga, meditation, creative watercolor journaling, and reflective writing, we'll return to the deeper intentions that first called us forward—not with judgment, but with curiosity and compassion. Together we'll explore what has grown, what has shifted, what has been forgotten, and what is asking to be remembered.Remembering isn't about going backward. It's about returning to what has always been within you.Leave feeling grounded, renewed, and gently reconnected to the life you're intentionally creating. Please note: If you do not already have a watercolor journal please bring an additional $10 with you or select the ticket price that shows $70.</blockquote>
