$1500 SIGN-ON BONUS!! **LIMITED TIME** (Qualifications need to be met, paid out in increments, and minus applicable payroll taxes)

Competitive Pay: Hourly rate $14.50 (Day Hab Program) - $14.75 (Residential Program) and full benefits package for employees working 30+ hours/week, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred, but NOT required WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN!

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required (must be able to provide proof of diploma or certificate)

Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management

Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible

Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with current auto insurance
