Release Workshop focuses on letting those stored emotions and traumas go to allow yourself to come into peace and bliss! Energies are also high, especially this week with the new moon, eclipse and solar activity headed our way. Enjoy the energies with community or if they are having the opposite effect on you, let them flow through you!The workshop is divided into three parts:
- let things start to flow with lymph and fascia release
-physical movement to really feel into everything
- finish with complete surrender and release into peace and bliss with breathwork and meditation
