What is the Release method? Much of our suffering is due to negative emotional energies that have become trapped within us. In our tissue, in our organs, in our fascia. I created Release to provide a safe space to feel and move through these emotions with meditation, dance, somatic movement, stretch and visualization of your highest vibrational self.
