Dive deeper into what is holding you back with this unique, journal and meditation-based event. Participants will have a safe space to write about an aspect of their life they’re wanting to release and will incorporate a variety of meditations to release their intentions. Release the stress. Release the fear.Release the shame.Release.Preparation:-Come with an aspect you would like to release during the event-Bring a note pad/ journal + writing utensil-Come with an open, judge-free mind-Wear comfortable clothing-Yoga blankets and meditation pillows provided-Parking is free in the lot adjacent to Ebb &amp; Float-Tickets are transferrable and non-refundable, if you cannot attend you can give your ticket to another person
