Stress, overwhelm, emotional heaviness, tension in the hips, shallow breathing, mental exhaustion—many of us carry more than we realize.
Release & Restore is a restorative wellness experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself through intentional movement, breath, and sound.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, disconnected from your body, or simply craving a moment to pause, this experience offers space to release what you've been carrying and return to a more grounded state.
What to Expect
Hip Opening Yoga
Led by Dr. Cianna Richardson, PT, DPT, we'll begin with gentle hip-opening movement designed to create space in the body and release areas where stress and tension are commonly stored.
Integrative Breathwork
Using guided breathing techniques, you'll be supported in calming the nervous system, increasing body awareness, and creating space for emotional and physical release.
Restorative Sound Bath
The experience concludes with immersive sound healing designed to quiet the mind, encourage deep relaxation, and support the body's natural healing response.
Grounding Tea Ritual
We'll close the session with tea, reflection, and quiet integration time to help you carry the experience into the rest of your day.
