This powerful course is all about taking time for yourself to release stress, reset your mind and connect with your heart and body. Join us for a 5-week journey every Tuesday evening (with some support in-between sessions) at a lovely private location in SE4 where you will practice mindfulness techniques, embodiment exercises, work with your energy and connect to yourself on a new level. This in-person event will provide you with a safe space to dive deep into self-care and personal growth.
This 5 week course will give you the tools to make meaningful change in your life, from the inside out. I will teach you tools and techniques to work with your mind and body. We will be working with the breath, the mind (and practising some meditation), some of the principles of mindfulness and elements of embodiment (developing a deeper relationship to your body and learning how to listen to it) and energy work (working gently with the body to move stagnant energy and create more vitality and balance).
I am passionate about this work and am thrilled to be lauching this course. I am a certified and experienced teacher, having taught elements of this course in various forms many times and so have revised, edited and renewed it to make it most impactful. I am excited to gather together a small group who are eager to upgrade their self care, step deeper into their humanity and really boost their wellbeing.
