We're thrilled to invite you to an immersive Breathwork experience that will guide you through the powerful process of concious breathing. This event is designed to help you release tension cultivate mindfulness. and connect with your inner self.

Following your breathwork journey which will last 40-45min Janine will have you to "come back" and rest for an additional 15-30min to allow time for your conscious mind to process your journey.

What to bring: Warm Comfy clothes, yoga mat, blanket.
