Are you tired of letting fear run your life? Join us as we host a release ceromony for your mind, body and spirit to help you face your fears and connect with your higheself. By letting go of your fears and stepping into abundance.
The event combines yoga, crystal energy healing and magic to bring you into your highest frequncy. By first connecting with your body and mind, with a tension releasing yoga sequnce. Followed up by a thought provoking crystal guided mediation to connect with your mind, body and spirit. To wrap up the event we will each create "spell jars" to carry and take home. Filled with intention, herbs and magic to boost our intention.

🧚🏾♀️Crystal Healer @goldentrancecrystal will be guiding the crystal mediation diving deep into mind to release past truama that keeps us in a fearful state. With the overall goal to help people feel lighter and more clear when moving towards their goals.
The event is happening during the Sag Full Moon (on Wednesday, May the 25th).
