Danielle Hall, Founder of SoundEmbrace, is a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner, and Wellness Coach. Her goal is to support a positive perspective clients in their wellness story by relieving stress and reducing pain through sound healing therapy, and coaching sessions.Through her sound healing practice,  Danielle has worked with adults and children transitioning through various traumas including PTSD, depression, sexual abuse, digestive issues, and physical pain, using specific sound tools and techniques to facilitate shifts in the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body.She is the founder of SoundEmbrace; a wellness app that makes sound healing accessible (coming out in 2018). Join us for Relax. Restore. Revive.  A sound bath meditation to support the mind, body, and soul by relieving stress, reducing pain, and deepening your meditation practice.

Your experience is going to be truly individual and unique to the person next to you. All you have to do is show up for yourself, and relax into the sound.   As you are washed in a virtual "bath" of healing sounds from quartz crystal bowls, gong, and drums, the tones build and evolve, producing a sea of sound that is both timeless and alive. The sounds interact powerfully with our bodies, cleansing and rejuvenating us at the deepest cellular levels; physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Blocks and tensions are washed away, leaving you centered, refreshed, energized, and fully present and connected with the world around you.
VERY IMPORTANT! Doors open at 2:45pm Doors close at 3:10pm NO EXCEPTIONS 
How do I dress?
Please dress comfortably as you will be laying down on the floor. You will be asked to take off your shoes, so please wear socks if that will be more comfortable.
What to bring?
Yoga Mat Water And anything that will make you feel more comfortable laying on the floor. (blanket, pillow, bolster, yoga mat, eye mask, etc.)  Some of the most frequent benefits people have experienced in a Sound Bath Meditation included:
