The world today can seem like there is never enough time, and we can slowly begin to feel like we are getting spread too thin. When we start to feel the weight of our expectations as spouses, parents, children, you name it, one of the best remedies is to unplug and reset.
Join us and take some time away in the beautiful hill country oasis that is the Samadhi Pyramid Retreat Center for some deep relaxation and restoration. We will practice, meditate, hike, commune with nature and share meals and meaningful conversation. From Ashtanga vinyasa, yin yoga, to Yoga Nidra and Qigong, from breathing techniques and meditation to a sound bath and intentional silence times, all in this wonderful cedar pyramid. This retreat will help you catch your breath wherever you are in your life.
This retreat is led by yoga/ meditation teachers, yoga teacher trainers, vegan chefs, and lifetime partners Claudia and Thomas.The retreat includes all meals, retreat offerings and accommodations. All meals are plant based and will have gluten free options.
