<DIV CLASS="tb f5">Here’s what colleagues are saying about the course:
“We see thoughtful and effective communication as a way to better patient care, patient understanding and compliance. Our SFGH residents and faculty took the RCC workshop and found it immensely useful, especially when we examined some highly charged patient-provider encounters and learned ways to communicate differently to reach our patients. The day was a great success. We plan to have all of our residents undergo the workshop.” Benjamin B. MD, MAS, FACS--- Zuckerberg SF General
