We will meet in a cozy Bell Tent nestled in 7 acres of woods called The Common Woods. You'll be able to enjoy the sounds of the wind and birds and breathe in fresh air which will help your body be present for this deep work. The Common Woods is an event space with the mission of fostering connection with oneself, each other, and the interconnected web of life. There is a short five minute walk from the street that involves walking down a hill. More info will be emailed to you when you register. Soulful Communication: Bringing Depth and Meaning Into Everyday Conversations

Goal: Move beyond surface-level exchanges and into deeply fulfilling, heart-centered conversations.

What do I need to bring?

Your presence. Open Mindedness. Comfortable attire for being outside - check the weather forecast. A filled water bottle. There will be water at the event. A journal. There is a river you can dip into after so bring appropriate clothing and a towel for that if you'd like.
