Reiki is pronounced RAY-KEY and is translated from Japanese into English as"Life Force Energy."

Reiki is a relaxing, healing light that washes over your whole body bringing you to states of peace, joy, and comfort. Reiki can reduce stress, repair your nervous system, soothe your mind, and help you release worries. Reiki knows exactly where to go in your body and what to heal. This modality of healing can bring major transformations and can penetrate deep into the soul to gently heal a lifetime of suffering. Christine is a Reiki Master and has been practicing with this ancient tool since 2015.

This month we will be focusing our attention on the Chakra System and inviting reiki into these energy centers for clearing, release, renewal and activation. The seven main chakras run along the spine ranging in a hue of colors and frequencies to help you thrive. When overworked or misused, these chakras can become heavy, stale and even block you from connecting to the gifts these energy centers provide for you. Leaving some souls in a state of fear, unworthiness, and lacking inspiration.

The goal of this reiki reset is to reset the chakra system to its original state of being. Flowing at a perfect pace that helps you achieve your goals.

As a group, we will begin the event by sharing our goals and setting our intentions. Then Christine will lead the group through a gentle meditation to explore the chakras. You will learn how to connect with these energy centers, what they offer you in a balanced state, how to clear them, and how to activate them. In an activated state these energy centers offer profound support to help you speak your truth, stand in your power, clearly see your unique gifts and so much more! Christine will also be using her oracle deck to bring forward additional messages and then to close, we will do a group sharing to open up questions for what stood out the most as we explored the chakras.
