Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique that utilizes our own life force energy and gives permission for the body to heal itself. Reiki uses "hands-on" healing to promote relaxation, pain relief, spiritual awareness and so much more! Both weekends will be an incredible healing opportunity for yourself along with certification from the International Center of Reiki.
You will leave Level One Reiki training with:
•The ability to channel reiki to yourself/clients/friends/family and pets!
•A deeper understanding of the lineage of reiki and how it works
•Intro to Chakras/Aura
•A new community of healers and support from your Reiki Master Teacher through to level two.
This training is a total of six hours over two days. Three hours each day.
Saturday May 3rd 11th & Sunday May 4th @ 2-5pm

Additionally, Reiki Level One and Two are considered sister trainings! Although not required, please sign up for Level One with intention to complete Level Two as well. Level Two rounds out your training and allows for a month of integration/support from your Reiki Master Teacher. Signing up for both classes also provides a $66 savings.
Ashlee utilizes her expertise as a reiki master (energy healer), intuitive astrologer and RYT to create an all-levels friendly flow class. She began her yoga journey over ten years ago as a means to find breath/body connection and found a portal opening to awareness, compassion for self and somatic healing. Her classes are designed to move you into a meditative state via yogic philosophy, astrology and energetics.
