Do I need any prior experience to take Reiki Level 1?

No prior experience is required. Reiki Level 1 is designed specifically for beginners who are curious about energy healing, personal growth, and self-healing. You do not need to be “spiritual” or have any background in Reiki to attend.

What will I learn in Reiki Level 1?

You will learn the foundations of Reiki, how energy healing works, self-healing techniques, and hands-on Reiki practices for yourself and others. You will also receive attunements and guided practice in a supportive, in-person setting.

Will I receive a certification?

Yes. Upon completion of the training, you will receive a Reiki Level 1 Certification, allowing you to practice Reiki on yourself and with family and friends.

Is this training only for people who want to become healers?

Not at all. Many students take Reiki Level 1 for personal healing, stress relief, & emotional balance. Professional practice is optional. This training is valuable for your own healing journey. If you want to become a professional, I suggest you take the combined Level 1 & 2 (March 21 & 22).

Please bring a notebook, water, and comfortable clothing. The training is experiential, so you’ll want to feel relaxed and present throughout the day.
