This will be a group Reiki that everyone is welcome to attend. The Heart Chakra will be the focus of the session. The Heart Chakra is our center for love of oneself and others, compassion, empathy and forgivness, resonating to the color green. Please feel free to wear green to enhance the energy. For comfort come prepared with a yoga mat or blanket and a pillow.
