Overview

Reset and recharge with this training for early educators, learn practical tools for stress relief, self-care, and supportive communities.

Early childhood educators give so much of themselves each day. This training creates space to pause, reset, and build the skills to support resilience and reduce stress.

Participants explore how stress affects the body and brain, practice tools to calm the nervous system, and strengthen compassion, connection, and resilience. The training emphasizes both self‑care (the me) and building emotionally safe, supportive communities (the we).

Leave feeling centered, renewed, and equipped with practical strategies to support yourself and the children in your care.

Invite your colleagues. This experience is even more powerful when shared as a team.
