Half'Rox - Hyrox Simulation

HALF'ROX at AmstelGym – 14 November 2026

Get ready to test your fitness, pacing and race strategy during HALF'ROX: a realistic HYROX simulation at AmstelGym.

HALF'ROX follows the full HYROX race flow, but at half the distance. You'll complete 8 × 500 m runs, alternated with all 8 functional workout stations:

SkiErg · Sled Push · Sled Pull · Burpee Broad Jumps · Rowing · Farmers Carry · Walking Lunges · Wall Balls

Choose to compete Single or Double and experience the HYROX race format in a challenging but accessible way.

Participation is free. Follow the member registration steps on the HALF'ROX page to reserve your Single or Double time slot and complete the participant form.

Non-members

Participation costs €25 per person.

Follow these steps:

1. Purchase your HALF'ROX ticket for €25.00 through VirtuaGym.
2. Log in to VirtuaGym or create an account.
3. Use the same email address you used to purchase your ticket.
4. Go to the class schedule for Saturday 14 November 2026.
5. Choose and book your preferred Single or Double time slot.
6. After booking, complete the participant form.

Your place is only confirmed once you have booked your time slot and completed the required registration steps.
