Your trainer, Rebecca Harrison's journey in the residential care industry has spanned over two decades, including experience working within a local authority and the private sector. Starting as a part-time RSW in 2002, she transitioned to a dual Registered Manager role. She is grateful to be part of a company that shares her values and ethos. Rebecca is a passionate advocate of training and safety planning. Her approach to creating safety plans is grounded in collaboration and risk sense, empowering young individuals under her care to take ownership of their safety. Her dedication to the industry inspires others who share her passion for providing care and support to those who need it most.
