Your trainer, Rebecca Harrison's journey in the residential care industry has spanned over two decades, including experience working within a local authority and the private sector. Starting as a part-time RSW in 2002, she transitioned to a dual Registered Manager role. She is grateful to be part of a company that shares her values and ethos. Rebecca is a passionate advocate of training and safety planning.
