Regional Stake Training

Our Area President, President Taylor, emphasized the remarkable opportunity this will be for the ward and stake leaders to receive some first-hand training from the general advisory council of each of the Relief Society, Sunday School, Young Men, and Young Women. 

The focus of the training will be to offer instruction and support in fulfilling the callings of so many of our leaders and members in these organizations. Of particular value will be instruction on how to successfully implement the new Sunday schedule change which begins the first Sunday in September. Our Area leaders have received many comments and inquiries from our leaders in the Utah Area on this topic and we believe this training comes at a most opportune time as we prepare to implement this significant change in our Sunday schedule.

The training will follow this simple model: stake and ward leaders from each of the four organizations listed above will gather in four separate buildings within our coordinating council on the specified date for a 90-minute training.

Training for the Young Men ward and stake leaders will be at the Midvale Utah Union Fort stake building, with President Ewell hosting.
