What's Included in the travel protection plus?

By purchasing our Travel Protection Plus, travelers can relax and have confidence in their vacation purchase. If needed, travelers can cancel their trip for any reason. Simply send us an email at any time prior to departure to cancel and receive a refund in the form of a travel credit, minus the cost of the Travel Protection Plus. Other benefits include no fees for vacation changes, hurricane travel credit, and during travel benefits such as 24-hour emergency assistance, baggage protection and more.

The Following Items Are Not Refundable Under Travel Protection Plus

1. No-show situations where the traveler does not check in or is denied boarding.
2. Non-refundable hotel rates
3. Nonrefundable travel advisor fees, if included in your package price (please consult your advisor).
4. Air not purchased with Queenz Entertainment Travel Services
5. Costs to change to an alternate airline as a result of an airline schedule change prior to departure.
6. Additional costs incurred as the result of the number of individuals occupying a room decreasing and a subsequent change in the per- person occupancy rate (the remaining travelers will be responsible)
7. No name changes or substitutions are permitted on Travel Protection Plus plans.

PAYMENT DETAILS & DEADLINES

DEPOSIT

• Starting price for deposit is $475 per person is required upon booking to secure reservations and does not include flights. Deposit price is based on booking selection. Once your deposit is made, your price is guaranteed. All deposits made to Queenz Entertainment Travel Services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

PAYMENT PLAN POLICY

• Once your deposit is made, payments are flexible with a required minimum payment of $100 per month per person.
• There will be a 5-day grace period for payments processed after your due date. Late payments will result in a $75 per person late fee and will be added to your final balance. Please ensure timely payments to avoid additional fees.
• Failure to make a minimum monthly, per person payment of $100 may result in cancellation of your reservation. All payments already processed will be forfeited.
• Full Payment is Required by May 1st, 2024 (NO EXCEPTIONS).
• All payments returned by your financial institution due to insufficient funds will incur a fee of $75 as well as fees charged by your financial institution. It is important to ensure sufficient funds to cover all payments.
• All Payments are non-refundable, unless travelers insurance is purchased.

CANCELLATION

• Unless you have purchased travelers insurance, ALL payments are non-refundable. Our suppliers do not allow refunds, which allows us to offer flexible payment plans with our vacation packages.
• Travelers with double/triple occupancy will receive their final confirmation and travel vouchers once ALL travelers have paid their final balances

INVOICES

• Upon paying your deposit, you will receive your invoice within 24-72 hours.
• Invoices will be sent monthly with receipt of all payments made and final balance due.
