The motivation to offset the emissions varies. Some see the historic emissions as a black mark that limits ETH&#x27;s potential impact. Others see it misaligned with personal values. All see them as a rallying point to have a meaningful impact on the environment. We know this won&#x27;t happen overnight, that the effort benefits from a spirit of cross-project collaboration, and the mindset should be one wherein we work towards a public good w/credible neutrality.How can we expand our view to encompass a solution space that allows for many paths up the offsetting mountain?
