THE GOAL OF THE WLC:

• It's an opportunity for Worship Leaders to connect with other leaders who also serve in the trenches of local church worship ministry.

• It's a chance to be together, be encouraged, and be equipped as you continue to lead your teams and your church in worship.

• It's an opportunity to worship, learn, have conversations, be in smaller groups, laugh, and of course eat and have your favorite caffeinated drink.

SPEAKERS & WORSHIP LEADERS:

KYLE & LAUREN SMITH - Worship Leaders & Songwriters at New Life Church

Based in Colorado Springs, Kyle and Lauren are worship leaders at New Life Church. They have been leading worship and writing songs for the last 10 years.

Formerly a part of Vertical Worship, some of their songs include “Over and Over,” “Miracles” and “Real Thing.” Lauren is also the featured singer on songs “Over all I Know,” “Strength of My Life,” and “Set My Heart.”

They desire to lead people into deep encounters with the living God & to experience the power of His presence. They’ve given their lives to this because the worship & adoration of Jesus is worth it.

NICK STANTON - Lead Pastor at DaySpring Church

Pastor Nick grew up on a horse and cattle farm in Liberty, IN. By God's grace, he was able to overcome his broken past by the supernatural work of Jesus. Nick has served in the local church for the past 15 years and has a passion for people to understand the Gospel and be transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Nick studied music and Christian ministry at Anderson University ('08) where he met his wife, Jenna. After a career in music ministry as a worship pastor and Christian artist, Nick went back to school and graduated from Grace Theological Seminary ('16), receiving a Masters in Local Church Ministry and a distinguished award in expository preaching.
