Refresh Your Outlook with FOREST BATHING

Spending time in the woods is an easy way to refresh one’s outlook and has been proven to reduce stress, anxiety, negative emotions, reduce blood pressure and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. The experience may allow one to engage and refresh the 5 senses, absorb the natural oils released by the trees (aromatherapy), help regulate blood pressure, and restore a sense of calm and appreciation for nature.

Taking place at the Reeves Reed Arboretum in Summit, NJ, this event is the second in a series of self-care and wellness events sponsored by Caring Contact as part of our 50th Anniversary celebration.
