Free Library of Philadelphia

Current high school freshmen and sophomores are invited to join Shesheena Bray, MS Ed., in grieving the loss of the high school experience they expected and learning how to cope with uncertainty and fear about our "new normal." This free workshop is part of the Free Library of Philadelphia's program, Processing the Pandemic: A Workshop Series for Teens. It is sponsored by the Philadelphia City Institute Board of Managers.
Shesheena A. Bray, MS. Ed is a Boston native who has taken up roots in Philadelphia. In 2017, Shesheena started “Going Inward Wellness, LLC,” to support clients on their journey inward towards healing and self-actualization. Shesheena is a graduate of Temple University and the University of Pennsylvania.
